The kit came from Smiling Woods Yurts in Washington state. It is all 2x6 and 2x10 construction with aircraft grade steel cables. Siding is all cedar. Standing-seam metal roof. All utilities are underground including high-speed internet. Water source is a 600' well. HVAC is 3 Mitsubishi 20.5 ser mini splits. Driveway is in great condition but you should use 4-wheel drive due to the incline and length. This place screams "craftsmanship" and "seclusion". The main property is unrestricted however the bottom 5 acre parcels have minor restrictions.
