Originally from Athens, Ceci attended the University of Georgia in Athens and Brenau University in Gainesville, Georgia. After college, she worked as a trainer and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer for computer software training companies in Atlanta, Orlando, Greenville, SC, and Greensboro, NC. Upon returning to Athens, she began her real estate career and there has been no going back.
Mother of 4 sons, Ceci has been heavily involved in the Clarke County public school system. Her sons attended Clarke Central High School, Clarke Middle School and Barrow Elementary School. She has volunteered as a parent representative for the School Council, in the classroom, and is a member of the PTA. She served as treasurer for both the CCHS Swim Team and Odyssey News Magazine’s Booster Club.
Ceci is also a member of Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Athens. There she has taught Sunday School, helped with Vacation Bible School, worked in the nursery, and is active in Women’s Ministry and a member of a Community Group.
Ceci currently serves on the Champion Board of ESP (Extra Special People). She is currently the chair of the Guest Experience Committee for their Talent Show and is also serving on several other committees as a member. Previously, she served 6 years as a board member for the Athens Area YWCO where she worked on many different committees. In the spring 2018, she had the great honor of working as the Campaign Manager for Allison Mauldin who was running for Superior Court Judge. We are so fortunate in the greater Athens Area to have so many wonderful charitable organizations and it is our pleasure to be able to give of our time and resources to our community.
As part of a family of swimmers, Ceci is also involved with Athens Bulldogs Swim Club and the Dolphins Swim Team. For ABSC she served as team treasurer for many years and is currently serving a 2 year term as president of the Dolphins Parent Board.
In 2010, after enjoying great success in many facets of the industry including both residential and commercial transactions, Ceci decided to attain her broker’s license and open her own firm. By 2013 Ceci was confident in her methods and was finding real success in her approach. But she was also feeling a bit lonely. So she brought on a second agent, then another and another, and the firm grew steadily. In 2021, 3tree opened its own "Treehouse" on Milledge Ave in Athens. Our office home away from home also serves as an AirBnb upstairs where we boast 4 bedrooms with en suite baths. We love being in the heart of town, hearing the joyful sounds of Recruitment (aka sorority rush), and getting waves from our friends out and about on Milledge Ave. Because we are "all about the tree", our upstairs rental entity is called "The Branch on Milledge." Under Ceci’s wisdom and guidance, 3tree Realty has organically spawned a culture deeply rooted in collaboration. Our veteran agents naturally take on a mentoring role when new agents come on board.
