Designed by prominent Athens architect Frederick J. Orr circa 1920 and completing renovation in 2022, The Branch, a Tudor Revival gem, offers up to 4 tastefully renovated bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bath located on the 2nd floor of an established business. Guests have access to a shared common sitting area upstairs with a coffee station/wine bar, and a downstairs kitchen and breakfast room. Outdoor spaces include a large backyard with patio seating, gas fire pit, outdoor TV and BBQ.
