Originally from Thousand Oaks, California, Kuba transferred to UGA, dove headfirst into the world of real estate (a passion he's nurtured since childhood), and found his new home in Athens, Georgia-like so many before him. A great place to live, work and play, Athens was the place that Kuba knew he wanted to build his career in real estate, and now he’s making that dream a reality.
Currently studying real estate at UGA, Kuba is actively applying his growing expertise as a real estate agent. His experience in customer service, honed through his previous work as a leasing assistant in downtown Athens and his earlier role as a swim instructor back in California, have made him exceptional at connecting with people. When he was younger, Kuba always had an interest in chiming in when the adults were talking which was an onset factor of his communication and relationship-building skills. Kuba’s most valuable skill has always been his ability to put himself in other people's shoes to understand their problems—a skill that serves him well in real estate.
As a first-generation American, Kuba takes immense pride in his Polish heritage. Both of his parents immigrated to the United States in their 20s, and Kuba holds dual citizenship, maintaining close ties to his family roots in Poland. His multicultural background enriches his approach to real estate, valuing diverse perspectives and the significance of finding a place to call home.
Outside of real estate, Kuba is passionate about cars, motorcycles, and music. He has a deep love for soccer and is an enthusiastic supporter of Bayern Munich and the Polish national team. He also volunteers annually as a camp counselor back in California, where he refines his leadership and teamwork skills and demonstrates his knack for working with kids.
Whether you're looking to buy or sell, Kuba is eager to help you navigate your real estate journey with the same drive, empathy, and people-focused approach that has defined his own path. Give Kuba a call for all your real estate needs.
