About Mackenzie Hyland

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Kenzie is a junior at the University of Georgia, majoring in Finance at the Terry College of Business with a minor in Communications. Her passion for real estate began at a young age while accompanying her father, a residential real estate agent, to property showings. That early exposure sparked a deep interest in the industry and recently led her to earn her Illinois Broker’s License with @properties.

Kenzie is drawn to the tangible, people-focused nature of real estate and loves that her work can make a meaningful impact in others’ lives. She thrives in collaborative environments and is excited to grow alongside a team of driven, supportive professionals.

Outside of school and real estate, Kenzie enjoys staying active through workouts and spending time with friends. She’s also a big foodie and loves exploring Athens’ diverse restaurant scene. Her approachable personality, strong communication skills, and genuine passion for helping others make her a valuable part of any real estate team.
