About Mandy Kelsch

Amanda (Mandy) Kelsch joined DeepRoots Property Management and 3tree Realty with a strong academic background and a competitive spirit honed through years of sports and academic pursuits. Mandy graduated from the University of Georgia in 2024 with a degree in Economics and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Analytics at the same institution. Her academic endeavors are driven by a desire to gain deeper insights into the business world, which she eagerly applies to her role at 3tree.

Growing up in Saint Simons with her older sister and identical twin, Mandy was always active, engaging in a variety of sports including gymnastics, martial arts, volleyball, and soccer. This athletic background has instilled in her a competitive edge and a meticulous attention to detail, qualities that make her an exceptional lease writer and rent manager at 3tree. Her ability to handle detail-oriented tasks with precision and her uplifting spirit make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Mandy's dedication extends beyond her professional life. She enjoys playing pickleball, soccer, and spending time with friends, maintaining an active lifestyle that reflects her dynamic personality.
