About Victoria Lykins

Victoria is a proud UGA alumni who moved from Spartanburg, SC and made Athens her home. Although she is from out of state, she fell in love with Athens and is now 100% a Georgia Bulldog. Victoria earned her Bachelor’s in Marketing from Terry College of Business with a minor in Spanish language. She has been learning Spanish since high school, but really honed her skills the summer she spent abroad in Spain. Her language learning has allowed her to make memorable connections with many people from different backgrounds, and she considers this skill both an asset and a passion.

From intern to office manager, Victoria has proven she can be counted on! A particularly driven individual, she also earned her real estate license in both SC and GA while finishing college. Familiarizing herself with all sides of the business, she has gained experience working in real estate sales, marketing, and property management, including long and short term rentals. This experience combined with a love for Athens and a strong work ethic makes Victoria a perfect choice for your real estate needs.

In her downtime, Victoria loves exploring Athens, whether it is for dinner and drinks in 5 Points (The Expat followed by Bar Bruno is her go-to) or catching a concert downtown at the GA theater! She also enjoys being involved in the local community with great organizations like ESP, Historic Athens, and her own former sorority, UGA Phi Mu.

Victoria takes pride in her attention to detail, organizational skills, and overall drive to succeed, but her favorite part of the job is making true connections with her clients while helping to make a typically stressful experience stress-free!
